Stokvis Tape Group acquires Flexman in Sweden
In November 2006, Stokvis Tapes acquired all the shares in Flexman AB in
Norrköping, Sweden. Flexman AB is a technology company focused on converting of self-adhesive materials and the development of application machines for self-adhesive materials. Flexman has annual sales of about 1,7m Euro provided by their 10 employees. The two companies are expected to complete the full merger and integrate during 2007.
