Among the products that the Stokvis Group converts are: Polyurethane (PUR), Polyethylene (PE), EPDM, Neoprene (CR), NBR, PVC foams, non-woven’s, felts, carpets, synthetic or natural leathers, protection masks and plastic sheets – all with or without adhesives. Using these different raw materials and computer aided design we engineer solutions for our customers’ application requirements.

 

Our fully equipped laboratory enables us to support our customers through raw materials testing and certification and our TS16949 quality certification guarantees efficient production processes and high quality product standards.

 

Our production facilities are equipped with modern machinery including both lathe and rewind slitters, horizontal cutting machines, laminators, 30 and 150 ton die-cutting power presses. These machines and others enable us to produce all different types of foams, adhesives and felts for automotive market needs. The products resulting from our manufacturing processes are either adhesive backed or plain in single or multiple rolls, individual pieces, kiss cut parts, subsets and sets ready for our clients’ own production processes.
